Please join us for the 2018 Annual KATS Meeting and Symposium. The event will be held on Sunday, November 18th, 2018 at Emporia State University Student Union from 8:00 am – 4:30 pm. The Symposium will include 6.0 total CEUs, with  3.50 of those are pending EBP CEUs.

Registration can be done the day of the symposium however ALL attendees will be charged $55.00 both certifieds and students and a boxed lunch is not guaranteed.

The first 80 certified Athletic Trainer’s registered will receive a special gift.

Parking
Parking on campus is always free on the weekends. The only spots off limits are clearly marked as “gold lot” and are enforced 24 hrs. There is a sign in front of each spot

Lunch is included with your choice of Grilled Chicken, Ham and Cheddar, Turkey and Swiss Sandwich or Veggie Wrap. Includes Tropical Fruit Cup, Miss Vickie’s Kettle Chips, Assorted Cookies, and Bottled Water.  Be prepared to choose your sandwich during the online registration process.

As part of our effort to raise funds for the NATA Legislative Grant, five dollars of each registration will be used as an in-kind donation to reach our goal. The matching grant and funds raised are used to pay for the services of our state lobbyist, Tom Bruno.

When registering, be sure to have your NATA BOC number, KSBHA License number, NPI (National Provider Identifier) number, and NATA membership number.
*Students if you are a NATA member, you are also a KATS member. If you are not a NATA member in that box just put n/a.

Confirmation/Cancellations:
