Aside from the content, the code is released into the public domain. It was built on the backs of many, abler designers and programmers who were willling to offer their code and work freely.

This site was rebuilt by David Eldridge while he was attending Washburn University. It was developed on a UNIX laptop (Mac PowerBook G4), using Dreamweaver 8, XHTML, CSS and JavaScript. It is now maintained using Coda, (and sometimes BBEdit, CSSEdit and Transmit).
