Service Award from Kansas Athletic Trainers’ Society (KATS)

This person has shown a history of service and significant contributions to the profession of athletic training in the state of Kansas or KATS. This individual does not have to be an athletic trainer; other healthcare professionals, legislators, physicians, or administrators may also qualify. Nominations may be made by any current KATS member using the attached nomination form.
